**Rate the Music: Week 16**
So, here I am. I'm right back at it again. What say we bring M-A-G Month to a close this week, huh? I had fun, but time marches on and all that. We've got one more goody of mine to tackle as May approaches its final days, but we need to add last week's offering from You Don't Know Jack: Television to our leaderboard. Here are the standings....
One-Winged Angel (Final Fantasy 7) - 8.71 Aquatic Ambience (Donkey Kong Country) - 8.66 At Doom's Gate (Doom) - 8.375 Guile Stage Theme (Super Street Fighter 2 Turbo) - 8.25 Bloody Tears (Castlevania 2: Simon's Quest) - 7.85 Green Hill Zone (Sonic the Hedgehog) - 7.72 Fight Against Smithy (Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars) - 7.2 Halo (Halo: Combat Evolved) - 7.125 Spark Mandrill Stage (Mega Man X) - 7 Breeze - In Monochrome Night (Silent Hill 3) - 6.25 Big Apple, 3AM (Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle: Turtles in Time) - 6.16 Still Alive (Mirror's Edge) - 5.5 The Instinct (Killer Instinct) - 5.42 Heaven (The Impossible Game) - 4.16 The Jack Attack (You Don't Know Jack: Television) - 3.57 Well, if nothing else, "Heaven" from The Impossible Game doesn't have to worry about being the bottom of the barrel anymore. A 3.57 for "The Jack Attack" is a poor showing, indeed, as it now occupies our last place position. Are we going to get a repeat of such an occurrence this week? Well, we shall see. Seeing as we're bringing my month to an end and we've been dealing with my favorite games and franchises, it's only appropriate to finish things off with my favorite game of all time. It's not hyperbole when I say I find almost everything about this game top shelf, and one of those things is the soundtrack. One song in particular grabs the attention of almost everyone who plays this sucker and I absolutely consider it the best in the game. So, without further ado, let's dive into Legacy of Kain: Soul Reaver and listen to its signature main theme, Ozar Midrashim.... And there it is in all its glory. From the opening cinematic to the final battle, this song has a tremendous presence in the game. Is it a welcome presence? I leave it up to you and your capable hands. We'll see you next week! ![]() No matter what may happen to me, just remember Lzzy Hale gave me the bedroom eyes... ![]() ...again. |

20/10. Seven stars. Perfect in every way. All the men had erections, and all the women were ovulating, left and right. That is all.

I have no connection to this game and am hearing this for the first time. Seven stars... out of ten.

Never played this game nor any in the Soul Reaver series that has more games than I thought after looking it up.
Toss up between a 6 and 7 but felt generous and gave it a 7 since it a good main theme song for an action-adventure video game. Fun fact, while I never owned nor played this game before, I did own a Raziel action figure for a brief time. Got rid of it because I cut my hand and fingers a few times because of the figure's claws tips were too sharp for some odd reason. |

I am most certainly all about this game. I still have the GamePro issue that featured it on its cover. It's what got me interested in checking out the game in the first place. I'd probably be a different person if I hadn't picked up this magazine all those years ago.█

This is, of course, not even touching all the shirts and other sorts of knick-knacks that I've acquired over the years surrounding the franchise. This is the kind of shit I wish I had in high school. I would've still had to buy it all for myself because no way my parents were indulging that shit.

Im writing an alternate future fanfic where M-A-G never got the magazine and never posted the thread where he said he didn't masturbate.
