Perhaps the Cardinals would also have a cheer of their own if they ever did anything worth cheering. Or if they had fans. Either one really.

Nah i think there was so much emotion running through that building and those players, that all it took was one huge play early in the game to set it off. That punt got blocked and returned. Game Over. Atlanta crawled up into the fetal position.
I still dont think the Saints are going to the playoffs, but mad props for last night. You never know. The way the Giants and Redskins and Tampa , Carolina, Seattle losing Alexander.... It could happen. They could make it, but there schedule is horrible. |

So much stuff to talk about this week, I dunno where to even start(!)
Lions looked way better than last week, but their D is still ridiculous. Shaun Rogers was a non-factor all game. Jennings' TD should not have been a TD. Bly totally should've had that tackle. Next time go for the man instead of crying for a flag. Ugh I hate that sooooo much. I nearly pissed myself when Ahman fumbled though. Too bad the Lions couldn't close. On that note, I'm really liking Kitna. Yeah he's not a great QB or anything but he plays really solid for the Lions. He is by far one of the better parts of the Lions this season so far. He's making good reads, not throwing stupid passes, and generally moving the ball pretty well. I hope he keeps it up. Atlanta looked awful last night. Like wow. I dunno if it was 'cause the Saints were super pumped up about their home game or w/e, but man. Looked bad. Vick, other than that 4th quarter run, did basically nothing all game. Bush had a couple nice runs. Seattle, whenever Alexander gets back, is probably going to be the team to beat in the NFC again. They put up 42 points while Alexander had a VERY mediocore game. Hasselback is the man there, and once Alexander gets back and into his groove their team will have a crazy offense. I think the Bengals have like the best group of WR this side of Arizona right now. Henry and Housh looked ridiculous, and even though CJ has gotten off to a terrible start, it's Chad Johnson. Like Henry isn't crazy good or anything but they have 2 solid WRs and a third with him. Kinda hot. lolGiants come freaking on. I'm just glad they can't play D, all those garbage-time stats are doing wonders for my fantasy team with Eli. TY. Will Houston ever have any D? At all? NFC vs AFC, I dunno too early to tell I guess, but each conf has strong and weak teams. I mean yeah the NFC looks weak overall but... Oakland Raiders, Houston Texans, and Tennessee Titans. Could go either way tbh. |

Yeah Green said he was going to start him, but then "changed his mind" and said Warner will start week 4. Leinhart will def be starting by midseason though

Report: T.O. taken to emergency room
Story Tools: Print Email Blog This Associated Press Posted: 33 minutes ago DALLAS (AP) - Terrell Owens was taken to the emergency room for an undisclosed reason Tuesday night, and doctors treating the Dallas Cowboys receiver were trying to induce vomiting, according to a television report. Owens was brought by a fire rescue crew to Baylor Medical Center, Dallas-Fort Worth television station KTVT reported, citing sources the television station did not identify. A reporter for the station later said she saw Owens being wheeled down the hall. Broadcast reports indicated that Owens had a bad reaction to pain medication that he was taking as a result of his broken right ring finger. Calls from The Associated Press to Owens' agent, his publicist and the Cowboys were not immediately returned Tuesday night. The hospital told the AP that they do not have a patient registered by Owens' name. KTVT said a Dallas police spokesperson was en route to the hospital to talk about a "high profile case." Owens broke the bone leading to his right ring finger a week ago Sunday night. The next day, a plate was screwed in, protecting the bone so it can heal without further damage. Earlier Tuesday, Cowboys coach Bill Parcells said he expects Owens to rejoin his teammates at practice Wednesday and would start Sunday in Tennessee if he proves he can play. "It's just, can he withstand the pain of catching the ball?" Parcells said. "When he can stand it, he can play." With the Cowboys having had a bye last weekend, Owens could return without having missed a game. He's already said he'll play Oct. 8, when he gets to face his former team, the Eagles, in Philadelphia. |

Chad Johnson said he was going to knock Harrison's helmet off, Harrison replied that it is a lot like the Freddie Mitchell thing that happened a few years ago except Freddie Mitchell has actaully played in a Superbowl. Harrison then said if Chad does knock his helmet off he'll retire lol
Got a feeling the Patriots are going to lose though ![]() "Tell Ashante that I am gonna turn him around so bad that his number 22 is gonna look like a number 55" - Chad Johnson |

It should be a good game at least. I think the Bengals have a good chance of winning but I wouldn't say it's a lock. Vegas put the Bengals at -6 though which is ridiculous. The teams are much more evenly matched than that.

I ended up taking NE mainly because of the whole Chad Johnson thing. I also think the Pats will pull out an upset and they will have a great game defensively if they can get to Palmer.

Yeah, I think the 2 possibilities are the Pats get blown out by Cinci or they play a close game and make a comeback in the 2nd half but I have a lot of confidence in our defense for this game.

Palmer has been getting beat up a lot the last couple weeks but has still come through...I dunno man if Dillon and Maroney get going they could maybe carry the Pats by themselves at this point.

Yeah Dillon should be pumped since this is his first game in Cincy as a Pat. He'll probably have a big day but I dunno the Pats looks like they might have problems on D if Hobbs and Wilson are both out. I didn't know you guys had Artrelle Hawkins on your team lol. He used to drive me nuts when he was a Bengal.

I'm thinking Leinart just might be starting sooner rather than later. Like, the next Cards game, maybe.
Also wtf @ the Jets holding the Colts right now. Should be ahead if Chad didn't blooper one for an INT from like 2 yards out. Saints are playing hard too. |
