INdeed. Didn't they pitch it as a "shot for shot" remake of the anime early on?


I think I recall watching trailers that were comparing the 1st episode side-by-side to the anime, and it was pretty spot on.


Took a shit after that, and the only REAL good parts revolved around Mad Pierrot.
