The Vince Stunner stuff is something that you’d think could completely ruin a moment, but somehow Austin’s reaction made it AMAZING. It seems to have brought so many people joy. It was weirdly humanizing.
I found myself overanalyzing the segment for a bit. I told myself it would have been better had Austin come out and beat up Vince and McAfee won, because McAfee was just so good and Vince doesn’t ever need to win at WrestleMania. But you’re building to that Vince Stunner spot. Just accept that and move forward. |
