I don't know if I stumbled across a glitch or whatever the fuck but in 3.0 I had a weird phenomenon of none of my staff ever aging. Like, Michael Cole is still 39 right now. Granted anyone over the proper age still went through retirement but I basically have a ton of the old school crew still hanging around.
