Exactly the same as exhibition mode, except you can also randomly get (instead of a rare or a stat boost) a card that will double your points in your next People's Champ match. Each time you play a PC match, you can choose to face a 1, 3, or 5 point opponent. Individual ranking is based on these points.

At the start of the event you "choose a side". Every match you win in PC mode is a point for your side. At the end of the event, the side with the most points is the card(s) that are given out to top finishers, regardless of which side they chose.

EDIT: You can also still do this event at the same time you are in a KotR. I stayed out of them last time until I knew.
