The DA was clear that he believed something had happened, problem was they didn't have enough to get a conviction. If this was the first time, he'd get the benefit of the doubt. When you're a grown man in a college town courousing for pussy, and you're body guard is reported to have blocked off the bathroom, that seems a bit suspicious. You'd think someone who already had a case brought against them for something similar would be a bit smarter than that. It's become a pattern of behaviour for Ben, and that's hard to overlook.
