As someone who uses sniper classes myself, even I have to admit that would be too much.

They could do somethings so it wouldn't be completely overpowered, like they could have made it so if you put a silencer on your rifle, you can't use a uav jammer, or only get 1 claymore or you lose a perk slot like when you use grenades on guns.
