Seriously humiliated a jump spammer with vega's air throw. He was either a little kid, or really really dumb, cause he just kept jumping into it.

It's probably mad powerful, hence the difficulty and limitations. Chargers tend to have ridiculously good normals tho, so you may not even need them, really.
