I think it would be more heartless to profit off of merchandise promoting a man who murdered his wife and small child.
Also, can you imagine the nightmare if people would flock to WWE.com to snap up Benoit merchandise in his memory, and then the backlash that would ensue given that they've already admitted that they know things that the public doesn't, but have been asked to keep quiet about?
