Because people thinks it makes them appear comprehensive and lofty to go "but did you think of this?" and not realize how little it has to do with the actual situation and people's perspectives. It's literally what Pit Barrel King did earlier when he said that the lefties only care about this because Trump is President. He thinks it's a smart point that makes him appear above it all, but it's not only inaccurate; it's not even in the right ballpark. They call people sheep because they think it makes them different and interesting. It's a nice, if deluded, narrative to maintain for yourself, if you are dumb enough to buy into it as truth.

But he also admitted to studying the liberal arts at college, and he called it "retarded," so I guess that's pretty much him admitting his educational level of attainment is "retarded."
