No they axed it this year due to not wanting to bloat the runtime for Mania shows and saving those special first cheers with fans back for Mania's main shows instead.

Guys you think we have it bad with the divisive talk about AEW/WWE on this board. I still have access for whatever reason to F4Wonline (I haven't subbed for over a year but still have access to the board), and the Mania thread is so toxic. The odd amount of self righteousness that comes with certain wrestling fans I will never understand. Looking forward hopefully to a second good night of Mania with you bro's tonight.

I hope they have something special worked out for Orton/Fiend. We've seen this match so many times before and it's never been good. Hopefully they have planned something unique and special. Perhaps just a good old fashioned fight. I was thinking it could've been smart to go with a gimmick of some kind but again, we've seen these two do gimmicks and it's never worked so hopefully it's not as trash as the build that I've been privy to via clips the past several months.

That's pretty much what's happened to almost all notable wrestling news sites and forums these days.

Even the usual laid back Post Wrestling forums and comments section turned sour in recent weeks. PWI's forums are probably a dump as well because of Dave Scherer turning into a mini-Cornette these days over anything not NXT and wrestling he likes.

Honestly I love Booker T. He's committed to putting over the story. Also, I really don't get tired of a little King Lawler here and there. His voice is just synonymous with WWE for me.

I haven't had the chance to judge yet. But I've not liked what I've seen in clips so far. However I did recently learn that Apollo is actually from Nigeria which made me respect the gimmick more and feel like it was less insensitive. So I'm curious. I don't like that he changed his accent, that seems dumb to me but let's see how the match goes.

yeah the way he changed his accent is pretty funny. but yes i think it works because he's actually from there and not some fake BS. That staff he carry's is pretty cool too

It's funny that they had to gimmick the IC match up though. Vince hates the IC belt lol

Not sure if its still the case but supposedly the reason he shows up often on WWE & NXT kickoff shows is due to him paying the company to be on them instead of the other way around.

If I also remember correctly, he's not viewed that fondly backstage since they see him as someone who is just desperate for attention and gets ridiculed behind his back for it.

This Owens/Zayn feud feels thrown together. Like, Zayn’s been doing the conspiracy stuff for months but these two didn’t start feuding until like three weeks ago.

pretty much is just “well, we need to get these two on the show and we know they work together, so let’s do it”
