No. That's for down the road. When it's time for him to turn face. During his pre-match dance, he accidentally punches her. This devastates him to the point where he disappears from WWE TV for weeks. Finally Michael Cole goes to his house for an exclusive interview and finds him sitting in the dark in his house. Unshaven. Unshowered. Haunted by his mistake. He doesn't know if he'll ever be able to dance again. That is until he gets a visit from a man he once considered an enemy. A man he beat in his first match at WrestleMania long ago. Chris Jericho. Jericho mentors him back into the art of dance and Fandango returns to fanfare that dwarfs anything we've ever seen in professional wrestling.

Either that or he just punches her on purpose next week for being a cunt.

Not sure if this has been suggested yet, but next week there must be a segment wherein Fandango critiques Jericho's performance on Dancing with the Stars.

I hope this feud goes long past WrestleMania. This could easily go to Extreme Rules and have more people invested.

It looked like he was holding his back/ass in pain after hitting it the second time on Monday.

Yeah, looked like the second one hurt. What was his finish before? I don't think I even saw him win a match as Creepy Curtis.

He used the top-rope leg drop in FCW, if memory serves. Not sure about his NXT days.

I don't know. Bobby Eaton's finisher was a top rope leg drop and as we all know, he can still go.

Bobby Eaton spent most of his life in tag teams and was probably about 20-30lbs lighter

Saw somewhere where the chant should be "you don't wrestle" not "you can't wrestle" but I guess barring a 30 second match that wont apply after wm.

Exactly like White Noise (especially the actual White Noise one). Except some of those weren't done very well. Especially Burchill's one off the top which is probably what made Steele say "Wow".

I know Booker T and R-Truth use them, but I think the running axe kick would be a good finish for him. Tweak it some and it'd work.

Loved the 'move-scoring' bit on Raw and the intensity in the post-match beatdown. Definitely a highlight of the show.

I think that Fandango using that move would actually be quite appropriate. He should bust out something that makes everyone collectively go "Wow!" It's fucking WrestleMania and he's against one of the safest guys out there to work with. With theatrics it would actually suit the character, too.
Back when he was Johnny Curtis, I tried to think of some names for his unnamed finishers. I must admit to the lame title of "Curtis Call" suggested for either his Flying Leg Drop or Falcon Arrow. Now that he has a theatrical character and there have been some apt comparisons to the eccentric-yet-dark character of Goldust -- calling a move of his "The Curtain Call" might actually be appropriate. |

Fandango's Falcon Arrow is terrible. He's going to end up breaking his own leg.

Seeing Fandango gives me frightening flashbacks of that ridiculous Disco Inferno. Even worse was when him and Alex Wright teamed up with each other.

So surreal that Johnny fucking Curtis just beat Chris Jericho at WrestleMania. Very glad that the guy is getting used in a more constructive way than he has been over the past few years. There's a cool video on WWE.com of Jericho talking about where Fandango goes now.

So bizarre that after the years they have had, Johnny Curtis is 1-0 and The Ryback is 0-1 at Wrestlemania. You gotta love it.
