Curious as to how good your trainees are when they first graduate from camp. It's been sooooo long since I've had a game that's lasted long enough for me to even see that first class graduate. I can hire any staff at 90 or below right now so I immediately signed 87 rated Fit Finlay as my head trainer and a few others in the 80s as well.

Well, I keep them in the camp until at least two of their stats are over 90. It usually takes a while but it's worth it. There's also the benefit of their Attitude and Behavior improving.
