there was a reason matt hardy was never at "that level". its because he doesn't draw. no one gives a shit about matt hardy. yeah he's got in ring talent. He has the charisma of a stick.

People hate on Vince for never taking guys like this to the top. It is because he's in a business to make money. Hardy is a tag team wrestler, just deal.
