Well, THAT just figures...

After a 5-year self-imposed moratorium against going to Pirates games due to my dislike of the current ownership's policies, we decided to take my son (now 5) to his first baseball game today. There was a 2-hour rain delay to wait through. Then it went extra innings. After the 12th we went to the clubhouse store to buy the skull & crossbones flag that Alex wanted. We watched the bottom of the 13th inning standing in the concourse, then left. (At this point we've been inside PNC Park for 6 1/2 hours). We walk across the Allegheny River and back to the car. As we're exiting the parking garage with the game still on the radio, the Pirates finally win the game in the bottom of the 14th inning.
