Mega Man 9 was full-on retro, NES era graphics and sound. Even the game placard in the marketplace was (on purpose) done by the same artist who made the undeniably fugly US cover art for Mega Man 1. Mega Man 10, on the other hand, was just punishingly hard for no fucking reason and ventured into cheap bullshit deaths quite a bit.

Oh ya Wily Wars. Didnt they release that with the Sega mini?
