Haha, if you can believe it, Cage was back in development around 2008-2009. He wasn't completely ripped though, his look is Vince's wet dream now and I can't imagine he wouldn't have pushed him to the moon long before he knew how to actually work.

And he's not just a roided up hoss either, guy is athletic as hell and does some cool stuff.
