Don't know if someone has pulled this off in real life but imagine tossing your opponent up from a belly-to-back suplex position and then when they're in the air, you quickly pivot catching them across your shoulders and using the torque to drive them neck first into the mat. I've studied the science of this using plenty of pillows and I've arrived at the conclusion that it is indeed awesome.
