Moore, however, undeterred from his goal to continue defeating every star on the SmackDown! roster and to stick it to Regal for making him face MVP, voluntarily surrendered his shot to Bryan Danielson.)

Pete Shapiro pinned U.S. Heavyweight Champion Cash Stevens to win the title for a fourth time.
