According to the Observer, NBC's scrub job for the WWE Network recently removed segments involving Goldust wearing black face paint from late 90s WWF shows.

Don't remember him ever doing it as an insult or joke but that shows how hard NBC is cracking down on blackface content on the WWE Network.
