I really don't know why Lanny wasn't used much better. Sure he's the walking definition of an eccentric but this is WWF baby, he should have his own corner.
It's not like he was weak in the ring either, he knew what to do and had a great moonsault.
Futher we have WCW who signed him for years and never sent him to work except one time I believe.
