Basically involved the future direction of the company since both sides want to go more "casual" to help out with development and costs. The company is favoring going heavy on mobile games while Jaffe wants more browser-based games and keeping the big budget games.
The company itself is shrinking a bit by around 20% once the whole thing is done (laid off and people leaving with Jaffe).
I think the future of Twisted Metal also was a small reason considering Jaffe is done with the series while Sony or the company might look into more games or DLC content.
