* According to a report from Bloomberg, Microsoft has been in recent talks with several Japanese studios regarding plans to purchase at least one of them as part of their aggressive plans to boost the strength of their Xbox Game Studios brand and market presence in Japan. For some reference, Xbox One sales have only been around 0.1% of all consoles sold in Japan during this year.
