That's what I'm afraid it's going to turn into. To hell with Mortal Kombat and its story and characters; we got fan service to exploit! It's pathetic that MK 11 gets more non-Kombat characters than new original ones. There were, what, four new characters? One can't even be playable? Fuck that.

I look at it like this: I don't want Jason Vorhees popping up in my Mortal Kombat game anymore than horror fans would want Cyrax to show up in a Friday the 13th movie out of nowhere with no reason and blow something up. It's fucking stupid. We don't cross the streams!
