Unlocked mk 3 sonya and a cool looking "dark geras" skin from the shrine. Neither of which is in the character mastery, in any variation. I've also seen people getting the dark sindel skin on the store front, though only one color.

So it seems all the really cool skins are in the shrine. You just have to sift through all the concept art which is a drag. I want cool skins but all I'm getting is art of npc #1,236's left testicle.
