Right now, they are better off with the current friendly partnership and one-way talent exchange since it helps both companies a lot during this pandemic.
If AEW were to ever launch their own Network-like service and/or join HBO Max, then NWA becomes just as valuable in terms of content and whatever tape library they still have left after WWE raided them.

bad thing going by jim cornett is former nwa owner signed something to the wwe. i forgot what it was they signed but vince can move in and take the nwa if he wants.
