That is exactly what he is saying. WWE doesn't know how to book, and that's why they have lowered ratings.

Meanwhile AEW pushed the "wins and losses matter" from the very start, but somehow they have worse ratings?? If WWE's ratings are bad because of 50/50 booking, and AEW doesn't do that, what is the reason for lower ratings from Dynamite?

So even with the correct booking, AEW sucks so much they can't even draw what bad booking WWE does.
