As we get closer to Oblivion we have a major match for tonight. As per order of Adam Sayer, Brock Lesnar will face Batista tonight. If Brock loses, he will be traded to Heat. Also, the tournament for the IC title will begin tonight.

Goldberg will take on Christian, Edge will take on Scott Steiner, CM Punk takes on RVD, and Randy Orton fights Rikishi


Goldberg vs Christian.

Match Background: Edge and Christian and Goldberg \ Poppa Pump are currently feuding. Neither team holds an in-ring victory since the feud started.

The Match: Weak kick from Goldberg. I am unpleased. Goldberg misses a big legdrop after stalling too long. Christian hits some punches. How generic. Hooks the leg! ONE...TWO...NO! Christian blocks a kick from Goldberg. Spinebuster by Christian. Cover, ONE...TWO...NO! I honestly thought that match was going to end right then and there. Goldberg reverses a hip toss. Goldberg moves in for the kill. Here it comes - Jackknife. 1....2...3, it's finished. Christian leaves and walks back down the aisle. Wait...Goldberg comes running as well, and Christian gets dropped with a clothesline, followed by a load of stomps. He is left lying in the aisle.

Randy Orton vs Rikishi.

Match Background: None.

The Match: Trying to channel the spirit of Misawa, Randy Orton ends up chanelling Lex Luger instead and nails a running forearm to the face, minus the steel plate, of course. Randy Orton with a spinning neckbreaker on Rikishi. There's a two count on the pin. Randy Orton gets taken down out of nowhere! Running clothesline from Rikishi was actually MIGHTY sloppy. Orton hits a punch, but takes one right back. Again! A slugfest erupts in the ring! Weak bodyslam on Orton by Rikishi sets up a legdrop. Rikishi misses a big legdrop after stalling too long. Spear by Randy Orton. Rikishi is in trouble. RKO! 1....2....3. Randy Orton goes into the crowd, where he celebrates his victory

Match Background: Edge and Christian and Goldberg \ Poppa Pump have been feuding recently. Goldberg \ Poppa Pump hold the edge, as they have yet to be beaten in the ring by Edge and Christian during the feud.

The Match: Edge connects with rights and lefts and Scott Steiner is down! Edge goes for a splash but Poppa Pump puts the knees up. Edge hits a punch, but takes one right back. Again! Spear! Poppa Pump is down! Cover, ONE...TWO...NO! I honestly thought that match was going to end right then and there. Poppa Pump reverses a waistlock. Scott Steiner hits a sloppy double axe handle off the top. Cover, ONE...TWO...NO! I honestly thought that match was going to end right then and there. Edge kicks Scott Steiner in the gut to reverse the momentum. Christian comes running down the aisle with a chair! Edge and Scott Steiner continue fighting, unaware of the intrusion. Christian slides in and blasts Scott Steiner with a chair to the head! Christian climbs out of the ring, the damage done! Scott Steiner is in trouble. Edgeocutioner! 1....2....3. Edge and Christian put the boots to Scott Steiner, stomping away on him.

Match Background: This will be a hardcore bout.

The Match: Super kick by Rob Van Dam. CM Punk is stunned as RVD heads to the top rope. Flying Kick! 1....2....3. Randy Orton comes running down the aisle with a chair! CM Punk is just leaving the ring...and Orton scores with a brutal chair shot! CM Punk falls to the floor holding his head.

Match Background: This will be a cage bout. Brothers Of Destruction used to be a regular team, but have been inactive for a while. Whether this match will lead to a reformation as an active unit remains to be seen. World's Greatest Tag Team are the reigning WWE Tag Team champions.

The Match: Uninspired brawling from Undertaker. STIFF~! chop lights up Kane who covers up to try and stop the agonizing PAIN! Shelton takes a vertical suplex, but pops right back up. Kane powers out of a headlock. Spear by Kane. Brothers Of Destruction whip Shelton into the ropes and hit a double back elbow. Undertaker hits a sloppy double axe handle off the top. Kane climbs the cage, but gets pulled down by Haas! Shelton reverses a Undertaker hammerlock. Shelton Benjamin throws Undertaker into the cage. Shelton Benjamin scoops up Kane. Haas bounces off the ropes and hits a flying Hart Attack clothesline. Haas hits a dropkick on Undertaker and gets right back up. Undertaker flips out of a Shelton Benjamin bodyslam attempt. Undertaker drives Haas into the cage side. Undertaker and Shelton both climb up and over the cage, leaving their partners battling it out. Dudley Boyz appear on the outside, and come in via the door...but their double clothesline missed Kane and hit Haas by accident! Kane grabs the opportunity and left the cage to get the win for Brothers Of Destruction! We have a three-way stand off in the ring, as Brothers Of Destruction, World's Greatest Tag Team and Dudley Boyz look at each other. They all charge forward, and a three-way brawl erupts in the ring! This is chaos! After a few minutes of fast and furious action, a motley crew of referees and stagehands hit the ring to break it up.

The Match: HHH slams Bill DeMott. DeMott is a glutton for punishment and just continues to take it during this match. Triple H hits some punches. How generic. Covers for a quick two count. Match Background: This will be a last man standing bout. Lesnar has been feuding with Triple H recently, who is a stable mate of Batista in Evolution.
