Disagree completely with Gullit, I know he was rubbish at Newcastle, but he was superb for us, him being a big name meant players like Zola, Vialli, Di Matteo (not sure actually if he was big) could come, and we won the F.A cup under him and he took us to the semi's of the League Cup and Cup Winners Cup before getting sacked. I think he was fairly well proven when Newcastle got him.
