Everton shouldn't be kicked out, they've got just as much right to be there as Liverpool. When you consider that Brazil have to qualify for the World Cup and then Liverpool failing to finish in a qualifying position over 38 games then Everton deserve it more. Everton missed out after winning the league because of the Heysel ban, it wouldn't be fair to chuck them out again.
If TNS are serious about offering Liverpool a play-off game for their spot in qualifying then i'd take that. Should be an easy win for Liverpool and if it's played at the Millenium Stadium as they are indicating then TNS would get more gate receipts than if they played someone from another small country.
