If Everton were dropped instead of Liverpool I'd be fucking pissed because noone deserves it more than them. To do what they have done this season is amazing. Liverpool had a great run in the biggest cup competition. Everton got it done week in week out in the League on a transfer budget swallowed up by probably a months wages of Roy Keane. David Moyes is the bigger miracle worker here.
I'm not belittling Liverpools achievement because obviously its fantastic and I've already said I'm as happy as a non Liverpool supporter can be for them but Everton completely and utterly deserve to be in there. If they get booted out for Liverpool Everton will never ever let this rest. The rules as shitty as they are were there and you can't just change them due to extreme circumstances at the cost of Everton. I agree there must be some sort of comprimise to allow Liverpool in and hopefully that can be found.
