just a few points
first off, well done liverpool. They won the champions league on merit and hard graft, and completely deserved it.
secondly, is it just me who thinks that gerrard is the most overrated tosser on the face of the earth. Just look at the facts. If Shevchenko had scored his penalty, its likely that Gerrard would have been next for liverpool. Then whats the odds he would have missed? He's definitely quite inconsistent from the spot. If he'd missed and milan had won, then he would definitely have gone off to chelsea. But since they won, Liverpool are suddenly still good enough for him, the same man who scored an own goal against chelsea in the league cup and only performs when he wants to show the fans he still loves liverpool. maybe i'm being harsh but i really cannot stand him at the moment.
