The guy then questioned how he is going to make the loan repayments back (apparently 20 million per year) and saying that the only real way in which he can say the money being generated (or near the amount) is by (as said before here) ripping up the TV agreement when it runs out, or more seriously, trying to take us into a European superleague. Ended the report by saying all the fans of other clubs crowing about the fall of Manchester United, may well find that Glazer could bankrupt many clubs in the Premiership.

took that from redissue forums.
Wild exaggeration.

The EU are going to end the Premiership TV cartel, anyway, at some point. They've been pushing for it to happen. The British government might be able to step in and keep the situation as is, in the public interest, however. Either way, Glazer doesn't have much control over either. He will push for it, but if he achieves it, it would have happened regardless of his intervention. Manchester United plc. has always been about making money.

The European Superleague is unfeasible and wouldn't sell. I firmly believe that.

Glazer could also make his money back by increasing revenue in the North American market, potentially worth billions. He's not stupid, he'll leave the running of the football side of the club to the board and Alex Ferguson, because Manchester United is the best run club in the world and there is no need to change that.
