Well he earned himself the nickname Moanar after a couple of weeks being here. He made some comment about how he had loads of offers from English women but would only go with Croats. Then he made some comments to the press about how English football was aweful and only Man U, Chelsea and Arsenal play the right way. Considering he had just moved from the Belgian league and how much Harry Redknapp prides himself on his teams playing good football, this wasn't bright.

He whinged about being played on the right wing, insisting he was a striker but then spent Euro 2004 playing for Croatia on the right wing, incidently Boris Zivkovic left us after insisting he was a centre back and saying he didnt play at fullback then spent Euro 2004 playing fullback and in midfield...maybe its a Croatian thing.

Then he turned up unfit for a preseason friendly and this pretty much was the end and we loaned him out to Rennes for the season. He hasn't scored for them.
