The question lies in what exactly UEFA and FIFA are actually going to do about it. Its all well and good saying "Lets Kick Racism Out Of Football" but whenever this sort of thing happens, they do fuck all about it. Oh hey, lets fine them and warn about future conduct. What exactly does that do to stop the fans?
Its fair enough, its gonna be extremely difficult to stop fans who have a prejudice for life, but at least do something like docking points in qualifiers or banning them from playing, or making countries play behind closed doors, anything that could potentially have some impact, fines and warnings do not do anything.
