WAYNE Rooney had an amazing escape yesterday after his car was rammed by a 23-TON truck.

The Manchester United ace was on his way to training when the lorry ploughed into his £40,000 Cadillac Escalade.

Burly Rooney, 19, clambered out of the 4x4 shocked but unscathed.

A friend of the England striker said he escaped serious injury because the car is a left-hand drive import — and the lorry smashed into its right side.
