the rio case was when the FA really decided to do something and make an example out of somebody. now that they've taken that hardline response, they cant back down on it really or everyone will think the FA is a joke. so if rio got banned for 9 months for missing a test, mutu is probably going to get two years for openly admitting taking cocaine. at any rate his career at chelsea is over.
