**Rate the Music: Week 5**

Glad that the boards have been running so that we can count up the votes from both ends. I'd hate to have somebody get left out because of God damn technical difficulties. Regardless, here we are for another entry. Last week saw Bloody Tears from Castlevania 2 go through the grinder and it came out smelling fairly well. A 7.85 score keeps it from the bottom of the barrel and stays in some good company. Here are the standings:

One-Winged Angel (Final Fantasy 7) - 8.71
Guile Stage Theme (Super Street Fighter 2 Turbo) - 8.25
Bloody Tears (Castlevania 2: Simon's Quest) - 7.85
Green Hill Zone (Sonic the Hedgehog) - 7.72

One-Winged Angel remains at the top sitting pretty, but I seem to remember Super Mario Bros. 3 being able to brag about the same before getting dethroned. Will the Final Fantasy 7 staple suffer the same fate? Let's a listen to this week's contender, from the game that launched an Xbox juggernaut of a franchise. It's Halo: Combat Evolved supplying us with this week's track that goes by the name...uh...Halo! Well, that certainly helps with recognition if nothing else. How does it fare as a musical piece and theme? I'll let you all be the judge of that. Until next week!

No matter what may happen to me, just remember Lzzy Hale gave me the bedroom eyes...

...again.
