Brag about something after you’ve done it. But they’re bragging about ratings, which have never been something to brag about, has also made the rod for their back they are currently getting whipped with. There’s nothing wrong with saying “Thanks to everyone who watched, but we plan to do even better.” Instead they acted like being third on the podium was #1 and labelled themselves “demo gods.” It’s fun to watch them fall flat on their face.
