Nah. This is the long con.

TK could have bought Punk out of his contract after Brawl Out which would have allowed him to sign with WWE, debut at the Rumble, Main Event Mania against Roman, win the UWU belts, lead WWE to the top of popularity, setting new all time records for attendance, gate, and ratings leading to the closure of the NBA, NFL, NBL, and NHL and obviously AEW (but not Impact, nothing can kill Impact).

By having Punk come back and creating the perfect environment for him to meltdown he’s now “damaged goods” and a “cancer” to the industry. WWE won’t touch him and all national sports leagues but most importantly AEW are safe.

Dude is pulling a Verbal Kint on everyone.
