I’ve liked some Tom Cruise movies. Recently watched last samurai tho and while it was good at the time it was released and looks nice, I’d argue it was a rote white saviour story (it’s been a year or so since I’ve seen it again so maybe there’s nuance Im forgetting.)

No doubt he’s been good in a lot of movies. Jerry Maguire still fucks.
