It sounds haphazardly written. I haven’t read through it, but heard it recounted. Do they really forbid chair shots to the head (which isn’t en vogue anyway) then later ban unapproved chairs? Why not just require chairs be approved, then the first point becomes redundant because they could just not approve it?
