What she hasn’t really had in direction and good storylines to work with. She’s been mostly fed jobbers of the week. She had a pretty good match with Tay Conti last year. But I think she needs more time thinking she getting matches in off TV and given real direction when she gets back.

Your second paragraph answers your first. The very best in the industry say how working with people better than them helped them elevate their game. Jade has been put with jobbers mostly her entire career. They’re jobbers for a reason. Even a Tay Conti is just about passable in the ring. I know it’s slim pickings for great female talent on the AEW side of things but there are girls there she could have worked with, or get a veteran to work with her 1-on-1. What’s Finlay up to nowadays?
