Apparently it was announced back in February and I just never bothered reading the fine print on my bill but NBC Universal is no longer offering free Peacock to Xfinity customers effective June 26th. Current Xfinity customers will be given a 2-month window to subscribe for a discounted rate of $3/month for a year and new subscribers will get a 6-month free trial.

Obviously this impacts all Xfinity users who effectively were given "free" access to WWE PPVs, albeit at the cost of an already bloated cable bill. Considering I've had so much of the old WWE Network archives available for me to access for the last couple of years, I basically never used the service because it was horrendous to navigate.
