* Sony announced that they will be holding a new State of Play episode this Thursday at 4PM EST. It was also announced that this upcoming episode will focus mainly on third party games arriving within the near future for PS5 and PSVR2. It was also announced that the marquee game to be showcased will be Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League

* As part of their on-going efforts to convince the FTC, European Commission, and other government bodies to approve their deal to purchase Activision Blizzard, Microsoft President Brad Smoith announced that the company has recently signed a deal with Nintendo to provide 10-year support for the Call of Duty series on Nintendo platforms. This deal also includes future CoD series games to be launched on the same day for Nintendo platforms as is currently done for Xbox and Playstation platforms.
