* According to a report from Video Games Chronicle, Activision Blizzard recently sent an internal memo mandating all of their employees to return to a partial in-office work schedule starting this Spring. This reportedly will be done in phases with Activision staff returning to their office workplace this April and Blizzard staff returning this July. All employees reportedly will be required to work at least 3 days a week in their office. It was also reported that this new mandate was made against the wishes of some employees who are still concerned over health issues related to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and other issues related to costs and stress with daily commutes and office work.

* The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's Public Investment Fund reportedly recently increased their ownership stake in Nintendo from 6.07% to 7.08% within the past month. The announcement was first made by Saudi Arabia's BRHM account on Twitter and later confirmed by financial website Trading View.

* Microsoft is currently scheduled to attend a closed hearing with the European Union's Commissioner for Competition on February 21st in Brussels in regards to the ongoing legal issues over their attempt to purchase Activation Blizzard. This hearing had been requested by Micorosft following the EU's recent antitrust warning against the company over their proposed purchase.

* Platinum Games announced on Twitter that Bayonetta 3 has sold around 1 million copies since its launch this past October. This also makes Bayonetta 3 the fastest selling game in series history as a result.
