I sympathize that these guys need to have that cocky attitude or they wouldn't be where they are. But IMO that group of workers--while having done well to get where they are and make the money they're making--seems to have hit their ceilings. Listening to the Punks and the Regals, even if the advice felt condescending and dismissive of their accomplishments, would help. Still, in their shoes, I could see it being a tough pill to swallow...they think they're the veterans and this is their turf, so why are veterans coming in and telling them what to do?
