Quite like them paying stuff off on the SmackDown before/Raw after a big show, makes the whole weekend feel bigger. They seem to use the IC Title a bit like that with a big match before the PPV.
They worked out that they don’t need to jam everything onto a PPV a having things going in and coming out can help people stay engaged. Wish other companies would learn that.
