Agreed. I’m not defending the spot monkey style. I think Ali and Ricochet should be pulled up too. But why draw attention to the Meltzer bullshit? It’s like Hogan burning the Observer in WCW. Just go out there, impress people, and if you’re going to say something say it within the realm of kayfabe. “Omos was a big challenge — one of the biggest I will face — but I proved I don’t need to be the biggest monster to be the baddest monster.”

It just goes to show he doesn’t “get it.” We get it, there are a lot of bad habits in wrestling. Braun’s got some of his own. But being so petty is just counterproductive. And Ali’s just reeks of smugness. I cannot believe these companies don’t have social media policies yet.
